Notes
Pinckney Recreation Area West
Halfmoon, a popular swimming beach, accesses terrain far from Silver Lake beach. Tricky small marshes confuse you just northeast of the start. A flatter prairie east of the start makes for high speed travel out to complicated areas south of Pickerel Lake (that can have a little less visibility closer to the summer months). The Dead Lake section south of the start has many similar spurs and marshes to pull you away from the ones you want.
