Two hours of in the dark flag finding at Haven Hill (east Highland Rec)
Map will not be perfect.
Register by Thursday night 11 pm to avoid late fees and let us get maps ready.
Some form of reflectivity at every location.
Winner gets the highly coveted SMOC Night Owl for their mantel for the year. Compete with any vigor you like - race for the owl, or enjoy a beautiful night hike
Clear and check your personal sticks! Rental sticks will be prepped for you but you are welcome to verify.

Stop: 8:00 pm - Lost one medium checkpoint for each partial minute late
30 checkpoints. Likely clearable by the fleet of feet. 5 white ish, 5 yellow ish, 10 orange ish, 10 brown/red/green ish - all experience levels will find some flags!
If logistically possible, hot chocolate at the finish
Recommended gear:
Lighting system capable of two hours and change plus spare battery
Warm clothes - will run snow or no snow
Beverage / food for on course
Change of clothes for after
